Refund policy
Overview
At Avalon & Alchemy House, we offer digital products, physical goods, and workshop experiences. Due to the nature of these offerings, our refund and return policies differ depending on the product type.
Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
All digital products (including downloadable calendars, guides and other digital content) are non-refundable.
Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
If you experience any issues accessing your file, please contact us and we will ensure you receive your purchase.
Workshops, Readings & Events (Non-Refundable)
- All workshops, readings and event purchases are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled event/booking may be eligible for a reschedule or store credit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.*
- Failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the booking.*
By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
*We understand that life is unexpected. In extenuating circumstances (serious illness, emergencies, unavoidable travel), please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a reschedule or store credit at our discretion.
Physical Products – Returns
We offer a 30 day return window from the date your item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will assess and provide a replacement or solution where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Digital products,
- Workshops, retreats, readings or bookings,
- Sale items,
Gift cards,
- Custom or personalised products
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted only for undamaged items where the customer wants a different version of the same product or a similar product of equal value.
- All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please package the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Exchanges for digital products, workshops, or personalised items are not available.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your physical order within 14 days, in accordance with local consumer laws.
This does not apply to digital products once downloaded or accessed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
