At Avalon & Alchemy House, we offer a combination of digital products, physical goods & workshop experiences. This policy outlines how each type of purchase is delivered.



Digital Products

All digital products (including downloads, calendars, guides & other digital content) are delivered electronically typically via download link or email.

- Delivery is typically instant after purchase via download link or email.

- Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

- If you do not receive your file, check your email spam/junk folder prior to contacting us.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.



Physical Products

Physical items are shipped from Australia.

Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

- During initial launches or high volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Time

- Australia: estimated 3–10 business days.

- International: estimated 7–21 business days. (varies by location)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.



Workshops & Events

Workshops (online or in-person) are delivered on the scheduled date provided at the time of purchase.

- You will receive confirmation details via email after booking.

- It is your responsibility to ensure you are available at the scheduled time.

If you cannot attend, please contact us in advance & refer to our cancellation policy. We will do our best to accommodate transfers where possible, but this is not guaranteed.



Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Avalon & Alchemy House is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Postal carriers,

- Customs processing (for international orders),

- Incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.

If your order is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist where possible.



Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.



Lost or Damaged Items

If your physical item arrives damaged or does not arrive:

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery. (or expected delivery)

- Include your order number and photos. (if applicable)

We will assess and offer a replacement or solution where appropriate.
