- Orders are not accepted until payment is processed.
- Cancellations after acceptance may not be accommodated.

5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

- Once an item is with the carrier, risk passes to the customer.
6. Digital Products
- All digital products (downloads, calendars, guides, etc.) are non-refundable.
- If you experience issues accessing your digital product, contact us, and we will assist.
7. Workshops & Events
- All bookings are non-refundable, except as noted for extenuating circumstances.
- Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for reschedule or store credit.
- No-shows for workshops result in forfeiture, unless extenuating circumstances apply.
By booking, you agree to these terms.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Physical product returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are in good condition.
- Flexible packaging is allowed; items must be securely packaged for return.
- Customers pay return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Exchanges for physical items are allowed for undamaged products within 30 days.
- Digital products and workshops cannot be exchanged or refunded.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, designs, artwork and trademarks belong to Avalon & Alchemy House, Shopify, or third parties.
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute content without permission.
10. Third-Party Links & Tools
- We are not responsible for third-party websites or tools.
- Access to third-party tools is at your own risk.
11. Feedback
- By submitting feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.
- Feedback must not violate any third-party rights.
12. Prohibited Uses
- No unlawful, abusive, or malicious use of the Services.
- No spam, malware, or data scraping.
- We may suspend accounts violating these Terms.

- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Digital products, workshops and third-party tools may have limitations.

14. Indemnification
You agree to hold Avalon & Alchemy House, Shopify and affiliates harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, breach of Terms, or violation of laws.
